- Go to View Upcoming Bills..
- Select the month you want to view.

Your bill will be sent to your registered email address every month. Open the email and click the attached PDF to view your bill.
Q2: My bill is password-protected. How do I open it?
Your bill is protected for security reasons. To open it, use the following password:

Password = Your DOB (DDMMYYYY) + the last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN (in lowercase).
- Example: If your DOB is 3rd April 1990 and your NRIC is S9xxx888F, the password will be: 03041990888f.

You can request a past bill anytime via the Circles.Life app:
- Go to View Upcoming Bills..
- Select Past Bills.
